A5 Japanese Kuroge Wagyu
A5 Japanese Kuroge Wagyu, the highest grade of Wagyu, is imported directly from Japanese farms to Iwa. All you need is a pinch of salt & a skilled chef to help you enjoy this magnificent beef, which has a high concentration of umami and melts on the tongue.
